Registration
People willing to participate should carefully fill in the Registration Form from May 9, 2014 on the web page of the workshop (http://hf2014.ihep.ac.cn/), not later than September 30, 2014. (The registration page has been opened now, please click
here)
(Indico system is used on the conference registration, create an Indico account first is necessary. The address is

Registration Fee
The registration fee can be paid via bank transfer (in US$) or by cash (in RMB only) at the registration desk upon arrival.
The registration fee via bank transfer before September 1, 2014 is 480 US$, after that and onsite registration fee will be 3300 RMB. The registration desk will open on Oct. 8, 2014.

The registration fee will cover meeting materials, reception, banquet, coffee breaks, meeting rooms, equipment renting, necessary transportation and organizational costs.
For accompanying persons who would like to join the reception and/or the banquet, payment needs to be made at the registration desk.

- Please send us a copy of your bank transfer document and keep a copy for your own record.
- Banks quite often charge a certain percentage during the transfer process, you need to cover the gap by yourself if that happens.
Cancellation and Refund
The HF 2014 Secretary (hf2014@mail.ihep.ac.cn) should be notified in writing of the cancellations:
- Before Sept.1, 2014: full refund
- After Sept.1,2014: 60% refund
- After October 7,2014: no refund
Please be reminded that the refunding costs shall be deducted from the refund of your registration fee. All the refund issues should be made after the workshop.

The registration fee can be paid by cash (in RMB only) and by credit card at the registration desk upon arrival.
